John Mayer does it again!
I absolutely love seeing Hiss Golden Messenger live for the second time, and once again he's blown me away. His deep and soulful songs are a delight, especially when performed live. My only minor complaints are that he could have included more of his older songs and that his opening act, which lasted for 1 hour, did not interest me (nor most other JM fans). Despite these issues, the concert was amazing. John entertained with his usual long guitar-only solos between songs, which I find quite enjoyable. His singing, however, was the highlight for me, and he delivered plenty of it. He showcased almost his entire new album, only leaving out 2-4 songs, and hearing them live actually made me appreciate these new tracks even more. Now, I love them just as much as his older music. When he returns to south FL, I'll definitely be there to see him live again, and I recommend you do the same. ;)
